My wife and I enjoyed this greatly. Thank you so much for, and this is to all who had a part in this program, caring about our problems. This weekend will help my wife and I grow closer, but it also gave us the true feeling of normality. Something I don't think we've had for a while. Thank you just can't say it right.

    The Power of Volunteering

As a nonprofit organization, Can Do MS relies heavily on the support and enthusiasm of committed volunteers to help us organize our diverse fundraising events and promote our lifestyle empowerment programs.  Events like the Vertical Express for Can Do MS and the Annual Autumn Benefit in New York City all rely on the efforts of our volunteers.

Since it was founded in 1984, Can Do MS has had strong support from the skiing community. In 1985 ten volunteers skied a 24-hour marathon in Alyeska, Alaska, setting a world record and raising $250,000. Since then volunteers have been the backbone of the Vertical Express for Can Do MS event series, now in its 28th successful year.
