Q: How do I apply for the program?

Q: Who is this program for?
A: This program is for individuals living with MS and their support partners.
Q: Do I have to register in advance for the program?
A: Yes! This program has limited availability to 40 people living with MS and their support partners. The program will fill quickly, and no walk-ups will be accepted. Please refer to the registration dates below:
Q: How will I know when I am accepted to the program?
A: Once you have submitted your application, Can Do MS will inform you that it has been received. A Can Do MS staff member will let you know if you’ve been accepted to the program as soon as possible.
Q: Once I am accepted to the program, then what?
A: Can Do MS will send you an acceptance packet with information about the program and your instructions for next steps.
Q: What are the fees for the program?
A: There is a $100 registration fee per couple which includes all group meals, hotel lodging, lectures and workshops for the entire weekend. Each accepted program participant will be required to complete a Payment Form once you have been accepted into the program.
Q: What is included in the program?
A: This program includes all planned meals and hotel accommodations, presentations and workshops from Friday dinner through Sunday afternoon lunch for the participant and support partner.
Q: What is not included in the program and registration fees?
A: Air and ground transportation to and from the program venue are not included in this program. Additionally, hotel incidentals (i.e., hotel parking, room service, water bottles, in-room movies, wifi internet, etc.) are not included in the $100 registration fee.
Q: If I am a local to the area, do I have to stay at the hotel all weekend?
A: Everyone is encouraged to stay at the hotel for the weekend. This will enable you to be on time for meals and programming. The weekend is a packed program full of great food, wonderful presentations and workshops and nice hotel accommodations. Eating meals with peers and the Can Do MS staff encourages great conversations and gives you a chance to ask questions that you might not get to ask in other situations.
All the sessions and workshops are tied together throughout the weekend, so all attendees are required to participate through the full weekend. Q: If I do not want to stay in the hotel all weekend, do I still need to pay the application fee?
A: Yes, everyone pays the application fee regardless if you stay at the hotel or not. We understand that there are extenuating circumstances that may not allow you to stay overnight in the hotel; however if you can, we encourage it!
