The life-changing impact of Can Do MS’s lifestyle empowerment programs is so inspiring that we receive inquiries from volunteers, athletes, past program participants and organizations that want to create and host their own fundraising Third-Party event to support Can Do MS’s mission. Whether you participate in an existing event or create your own fundraising event, from lemonade stands and bake sales to cocktail parties and birthdays, or maybe you want to run in a marathon or ride in a bike race on behalf of Can Do MS. The opportunities are endless to make an impact and you are only limited by your imagination. CAN DO fundraisers receive a personalized fundraising webpage with email capabilities.
What is a Third-Party Event?
A Third-Party event is an event organized by a volunteer, community group or company and that is not an official activity of Can Do Multiple Sclerosis, is considered to be a “third-party” event. Third-Party events are an important resource for raising funds to help us carry out the important work that we do at our lifestyle empowerment programs. When you organize a Third-Party event, you are not only raising much needed funds for our organization, but you are also raising awareness. To learn how you can get involved please contact Morgan Landers at firstname.lastname@example.org or 970.926.1271.
Like competition? Compete and fundraise on behalf of Can Do MS by signing up for an organized running, biking or swimming event across the country. Find a race near you by visiting active.com.
