I wanted to send my sincere thanks and genuine gratitude. I was completely captivated from start to finish. Dave Engstrom's engaging talk about benefits of mindfulness reminded of how important it is to stay present and calm today rather than worrying about what's to come tomorrow.
Thank you to everyone who joined us in New York City on October 22, 2015, to celebrate the can do spirit and honor dancer and actress, Courtney Galiano, during our 2015 Annual Autumn Benefit!
