I strive to help others.
I AM giving thanks ever day.
I CAN enjoy working, my wife, family ,walking dogs.
I WILL be normal like everyone else!
I was recently diagnosed with MS. I want to help other's living with this disease.
I AM the strength God gives me!
I CAN do all things through Christ!
I WILL keep it moving!
I AM a CAN DO Program grad. I'm using what i learned to win the fight and help others do the same.
I AM empowered, driven and blessed. I am beginning to make a difference in peoples lives and enriching mine in the process.
I CAN learn more. I can be an advocate. I can volunteer.
I WILL not fail. It's not an option. I will make a difference for the good in people's lives.
I have MS and I believe that I have the courage and the strength to live with MS.
I AM equipped to overcome circumstances of life that drag us down.
I CAN see beyond my circumstances and declare by faith that I can face the challenges of MS.

I AM grateful for being part of Can Do MS, for knowing Jimmie Heuga and the community of generous supporters around the country.
I CAN see the results in people’s lives that the programs give to empower and provide hope.
I WILL draw from that inspiration when facing challenging time and work to keep our event thriving.
