    Please thank the team for their patience in answering my question in such a professional way (not that  I expected any different.)  Rather than unconvincing "do this, don't do that", there are some practical gems of information, explanation and motivating advice I can really adopt.

    I AM person who lost 38 pounds in just over a year with Weight Watchers in spite of limited mobility.
    I CAN walk stairs now, walk 3 miles or 5000 steps in a day, play with my dog, garden, have a better life.
    I WILL keep my weight off and be no more than overweight, never again obese or morbidly obese.

    Because MS does not define me.
    I AM a powerful strong and beautiful woman.
    I CAN move beyond these symptoms and push for every day to be my best one.
    I WILL succeed professionally and personally. And MS won't stand in my way.
