Diagnosed with MS in 1995, SX since 1985.Obese since 1960.
I AM person who lost 38 pounds in just over a year with Weight Watchers in spite of limited mobility.
I CAN walk stairs now, walk 3 miles or 5000 steps in a day, play with my dog, garden, have a better life.
I WILL keep my weight off and be no more than overweight, never again obese or morbidly obese.
Because MS does not define me.
I AM a powerful strong and beautiful woman.
I CAN move beyond these symptoms and push for every day to be my best one.
I WILL succeed professionally and personally. And MS won't stand in my way.
I have MS it doesn't have me!
I AM a strong, independent, happy person and MS will not change that!

I was diagnosed with MS in 2013, two weeks after my 31st birthday. I relapsed and it affected the right side of my body.
I AM more then MS, I don't live with MS, MS lives with ME!

I was temporarily out, but I came back because I am not a quitter.
