Can Do Promises
I have a 55-year-old male and had MS for 16 years and I have the can-do attitude am in a wheelchair full-time, but I can do it.
I AM a strong powerful, successful, inspired, child of God in which there are no barriers.
I CAN push forward, create and establish my own identity.
I WILL accomplish my goals if I choose to have the can-do attitude. "I can do" anything I choose to do.
MS has been a part of my life since 1984 when I was 17 and the same year this organization started.
I AM a chemical engineer (Master's degree) working full time in the biotech industry. I am not my MS.
I CAN be adventurous and practice Tai Chi.
I WILL travel the world (four continents to go including Australia).

I CAN do anything I set my mind to.
I WILL never give up or allow myself to feel defeated by MS.

I was diagnosed with relapsing-remitting MS on May 23, 2001.
I AM a wonderful mother and teacher to my daughter. I AM also a great wife to my husband, Tom.

If I make the world so it is completely accessible, then future generations will be happy and free to save the world.

I am making a can do promise because it would be easy to give up and give in! My choices have never easy.
I AM a teacher living with MS. I make a difference in the lives of my students.
I CAN achieve my goals. It might be difficult, but not impossible.
I WILL complete the Chicago or Maui Marathon by October of 2011.
