Can Do Promises
I am 24-years-old girl.
I AM strong, fine, optimistic, with MS.
I CAN embrace my MS as a challenge in my life.
I WILL realize that my life will be better if I live it in a positive way, even though I have MS.
I have lived with my MS for over 13 years.
I AM so, so much more than my MS. Where do I start?
I CAN help people keep moving by doing warm water exercises when possible or ZUMBA in the water because it's too hard on land.
I WILL know that I can help people live comfortably, even if they have a painful chronic disease.
I am a 28-year-old woman, diagnosed for 10 years.
I AM way more than my MS, and I will not stop until I make my dreams happen.
I CAN see that I am much more than the MS.
I WILL make my dreams happen. I WILL follow my passions and let NOTHING stand in my way.
I am a 52-year-old man with R &R MS. I've had it 8 years, and have lost 165 lbs. I'm winning the battle.
I AM a CAN DO Program grad. And what I learned is I AM in charge of my life and health.
I CAN and will continue to be an MS advocate, volunteer,and source of inspiration and knowledge.
I WILL make a difference in MS patients lives. I WILL continue to fight the fight for myself and others. Failure is no option.
