I AM a positive person
I AM a person that has MS but it does not have me.
I CAN try to keep my mind occupied with crosswords, tapestries and knitting when I can.
I WILL not let MS get me down
I have MS
I AM better than my MS.
I CAN get through my MS.
I WILL beat MS.
I am a mom, a daughter, aunti, sister, wife, and photographer.
I AM more than my MS! I AM a photographer for over 30 years. It's what i do and I'm good, too.
I CAN do just about anything with a picture, just tell me your fantasy and I'll create it.
I WILL keep my passion for photography/editing/creating, but I will continue to spread MS awareness as a passion, too.
I am 51, single woman entrepreneur who was on her own at 15.
I AM more than MS because I have been an independent woman all my life, & I can continue to be as I learn to adapt & embrace MS.
I CAN live to adapt with the new tools and resources that have entered and continue to enter my life.
I WILL continue to carry and see the passion and purpose I have seen, felt and shared in all I do and have given.
Diagnosed with MS in 1995, SX since 1985.Obese since 1960.
I AM person who lost 38 pounds in just over a year with Weight Watchers in spite of limited mobility.
I CAN walk stairs now, walk 3 miles or 5000 steps in a day, play with my dog, garden, have a better life.
I WILL keep my weight off and be no more than overweight, never again obese or morbidly obese.
Because MS does not define me.
I AM a powerful strong and beautiful woman.
I CAN move beyond these symptoms and push for every day to be my best one.
I WILL succeed professionally and personally. And MS won't stand in my way.

I was diagnosed with MS in 2013, two weeks after my 31st birthday. I relapsed and it affected the right side of my body.
I AM more then MS, I don't live with MS, MS lives with ME!

I WILL inspire and I WILL beat this. I won't let it beat ME.
I was temporarily out, but I came back because I am not a quitter.
I AM so much more than my MS, I will not let it define me.
