Can Do Promises
I may be 54-years-old, but I want the world to see that I am much more than a 54-year-old woman with secondary progressive MS!
I AM committed to living my best life despite MS.
I CAN strengthen my body and mind against MS progression.
I WILL fight this disease with all my might!
Diagnosed in 2000.
I AM fighting MS with everything I have.
I CAN get up every morning, put my challenges aside, and continue on with my life
I WILL complete the MS Bike ride on June 25-26.
I want to get another job.
I AM confident that MS will never hold me back from reaching my goals.

I WILL not let others stop me nor MS from reaching my career goals.
I AM making my "can do promise" as a reminder to myself that MS is not my story but my strength!
I AM a mother, a student, a daughter, friend, and advocate!

I have RM MS. Every day I send inspirational messages to my family and friends. My mission in life is to encourage and inspire.
