FORMAT: Five person scramble. Your team will be arranged by the tournament committee based on individual handicaps.

ENTRY FEE: $85 per person—$65 for Avondale members!
Includes green fees, two carts per team, beer, tee prizes, banquet & auction.

Guests are welcome to attend the banquet—$25 per person. Please note the number of guests attending the banquet on the registration form.
